Tracey Cook, President
Cook became President of the AMECO business line in 2014 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry with Fluor. She joined AMECO in 2002 as CFO and has served in multiple capacities in both functional support and AMECO operations. Cook graduated from the University of South Carolina with Bachelor's degree in Accounting and has completed numerous executive management and leadership programs including Wharton and Thunderbird Executive Management courses.
Tasu Adamjee, Chief Financial Officer
With more than 28 years of experience with AMECO and Fluor in finance and operations, Adamjee has held several key financial leadership roles for North America and internationally in Africa and the Middle East. He worked on a number of projects in Canada, Indonesia and Africa and led the Enterprise Resource Planning project at AMECO. Adamjee graduated from the University of Calgary with a double concentration in Accounting and Operations and Management and holds a professional designation from Canada as a Certified Professional Accountant.
Jim Jacoby, Business Line Lead Sales and Strategy
Jacoby has nearly 30 years of experience in sales and business development. He joined AMECO in 2010 leading AMECO’s national accounts and subsequently served as sales lead for Asia Pacific, EAME, and North America before being named Director of Business Development and Strategy in 2016. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University in Political Science, with minors in Communications and Marketing, and has participated in Leadership Development at the Insead Business School.

Dean Smith, Director of Execution Support Services
Smith joined AMECO in 2006 and has over 25 years of experience in the equipment industry. He has worked for some of the largest equipment rental companies in the world and has developed a valuable network of resources to help shape AMECO’s fleet optimization and utilization plans. Smith has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Furman University.
John Trenthem, Director of Operations, International and Government
Trenthem joined AMECO in 2001, handling operations for various regions around the world. He has over 39 years of experience in the construction services and equipment rental industry, including 13 years of international operations experience. Portfolios include strategic development, operations management for USG projects, and global equipment sales. Trenthem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing from the University of Memphis.
Morgan Tiller, Director of Operations, North America
Tiller has 22 years of experience in finance and operations. He joined Fluor in 2007 as Global Services Finance Manager and transferred to AMECO in 2010 as Director of Finance for North America and International operations. In 2016, Tiller was named Director of Global Asset Management responsible for $700 million of managed assets across the globe and currently is Director of North America operations. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Presbyterian College and his MBA from Georgia State.
Fabian Coppola, Director of Operations, South America
Coppola joined AMECO in 1995 and has held various positions in procurement, administration, construction management, and business development. Coppola has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires, Argentina, an MBA from Adolfo Ibanez University in Santiago, Chile, and has attended several executive programs at both French and Argentinian business schools.
Chris Arnold, Director of Operations, Mexico
Arnold joined AMECO in 2012 and has over 25 years of experience in supply chain, engineering, business and market development, manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions as well as general management. Arnold has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from California Polytechnic State University and a Master’s degree in Management from Purdue University.
